SHIPPING RATES AND INFORMATION

 Stock items we try to ship the same day they are ordered, The postage will be calculated automatically when you place an order, so please make sure you agree with the total before checking out. All UK orders are sent by Recorded Signed For delivery, Europe and the Rest of the World orders are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For. All deliveries will require a signature on receipt.

UK shipping charges are as follows: First item - £6.25 Each additional item – add £1. All items are sent by Special Delivery as jewellery is not covered by Recorded Signed For delivery.

EU shipping charges are as follows:

First item - £8 Each additional item – add £1 

Rest of World shipping charges are as follows:

First item - £10 Each additional item – add £1

We endeavour to pack and post orders received before 3pm on the same day they are received. Orders received after 3pm will be posted the following day. Orders are dispatched by the Post Office "Special Delivery" service, which aims to deliver by 1pm the  working day after posting (not saturdays).

Incorrect Addresses, Non-deliverable, or Refused Shipments... Please make certain that your shipping address is correct. If a customer makes an error with the delivery address, the customer is responsible for additional delivery charges. If we make an error, then we will pay for the additional delivery charges. Packages returned to us marked 'Refused', 'Unclaimed', or 'Invalid Address' will be credited back to the customer's account ,less a 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs.
