RETURNS
We at Bezeal hope that you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item, in its original condition, for a full refund within 10 working days of delivery. To do so, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt of the items.
Damages, incomplete orders, or incorrect product delivery
If you wish to return your purchases due to damage, incomplete or incorrect product delivery, Bezeal will refund both the total cart price paid for the goods, including the initial delivery charge, and the Recorded delivery costs for the return postage from the original delivery point to us. Please enclose a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.
Any Other Reasons
If you return items for reasons other than the above, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us, and you will be given a refund, minus the initial delivery charge. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely. In addition, we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

We will refund the price paid by you for the goods (excluding the initial delivery charge) within ten working days of being informed of your request for a refund. Refunds will only be made against the original payment account used.
