Silver Fingerprint Brooch

Capture your loved ones' fingerprint in a beautiful fine silver brooch, a personal present for someone special. This delightful brooch is available in a range of shapes, please see the drop down list below for the full range available. The example photos show a polished finish, but a satin finish is also available. Please contact us or add a note to your order if you would like a satin finish. The example photos are for illustrative purposes only to show the shape of the brooches, they are not actual brooches hence some have been drilled for O-rings and are on chains.

Please note that the final fingerprint will be smaller than life size by about 10% due to shrinkage of the silver clay during firing.

How does it work? You first need to choose the shape and then the size of brooch you want, and then tell us what (if any) text you would like on the front of the brooch. This could be the name of the person whose fingerprint is on the brooch, or a date such as 23/11/2009. We will send you a moulding kit with full instructions to take an imprint of your loved ones fingerprint. You then post the mould back to us and we will create your piece of jewellery from it. Please allow 2-3 weeks between the date you post it to us and the date you will receive your jewellery, especially at peak times such as Christmas.
